 Job Expectations

The Aggregate & Construction Material Sales Representative will utilize a seller/performer sales approach offered at Kimble Companies.  This individual will be prospecting and developing new opportunities in an effort to grow the business unit. 



1.    Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

2.    Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience with aggregate and construction sales

3.    Valid driver’s license

4.    Work a minimum 40-hour week


Duties and Responsibilities 

1.    Effectively maintains the existing customer base by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

2.    Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customers. 

3.    Understand the market trends and develop competitive pricing strategies.

4.    Cold call to enhance new customer base.

5.    Be a champion of a dedicated safety culture. 

6.    Understand industry and promote the company products

7.    Negotiate and close sales effectively.

8.    Work closely with customer service to ensure accurate invoicing.

9.    Meet with Manager weekly to strategize on sales goals.

10. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
