The Career Opportunity:

The General Labor/Helper will be responsible for assisting the refuse truck driver on pre-assigned and special routes to pick up garbage, yard waste, or recycling. When not assigned to a refuse truck will be doing general labor at the Facility. will be working in a high-volume solution center. This position is safety-focused, customer-focused, requiring the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks. An Ideal General Labor/ Helper will be able to assist a Route Driver in collecting solid waste in a clean and efficient manner, reports any safety or customer service related issues to driver and supervisor, and must have physical strength and flexibility to complete assigned job tasks on the route and at the facility


  • High School Diploma required or GED equivalent
  • The ability to live 50-75 pounds multiple times
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
