HR Recruiting Admin

The Recruiting Department at Kimble Company is looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and positive person to join our team. This individual will need to have the ability to work independently with little supervision and ability to change directions at a moment’s notice. The following are some of the job responsibilities of the Recruiting Admin:

  • Run Background checks
  • Help administer the employee review process
  • Schedule interviews for Supervisors
  • Participate with Orientations
  • Records creation and updating
  • Basic pre-interviewing skills to help out Supervisors

 

Key Requirements:

  • Organized
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers, with the ability to competently, efficiently and effectively utilize computer and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to speak in front of small to medium groups of diverse individuals
  • Excellent attendance
  • Professional demeanor
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, prefer some college or college degree
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record, must be insurable under our Insurance Company
