Maintenance Clerk- Dover Location

This position is designed to support the KRD maintenance Shop with administrative and purchasing inventory duties. Must have the ability to multitask in o fast-paced environment and be extremely organized.
The requirements listed below constitutes the minimum tasks necessary to perform this position and are considered essential job duties. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Administrative: Submitting payout verification for shop employees Filing: DMR’S, maintaining truck files Reporting, Truck maintenance scheduling, equipment pricing, Spectrum: work order system, reports to Maintenance, input inspection forms General. Safety is a primary consideration, and all rules and regulations must be followed at all times. All other duties as assigned by management.
Modern office procedures, methods or materials, and equipment including computers o Basic mathematical principles Ability to: Operate office equipment as necessary for successful job performance o Understand and follow oral and written directions o Work independently with some direction. Communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work Prior work experience: o Preferred inventory and/or purchasing experience. strong computer skills. Previous shop and/or warehouse environment experience
- The ability to analyze and communicate effectively, including but not limited to the ability to compose concise procedures, memos, and letters.
- intermediate to advanced computer skills necessary (data entry/ability to learn and analyze new applications).
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel programs Reasoning Ability apply common sense understanding to draft and carry out detailed instructions.
- Ability to identify and deal with problems involving a variety of variables in random situations, including problem-solving.
