The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a small team in collaboration with leadership, sales, and recruiting to identify and plan marketing strategies and create messaging and tools to accomplish company goals. This candidate will also be a strong leader with a firm commitment to expecting and delivering excellence in everything they create.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strength building and executing marketing plans, including allocation of and commitment to budgets, orchestration of creative teams toward common goals, and measurement and tracking to clearly communicate results.

Use both traditional and innovative approaches to public relations, digital efforts, and special events.

Interprets and analyzes data from the social media accounts, recruitment needs, and content marketing campaigns, and provides regular reports.

Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual marketing and communications plan that includes social media, print and digital content, through email, texting and other digital and traditional marketing channels.

Recommends changes and updates to website, content, linking and other factors to reach target audiences.

Creates and builds social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Manages the company’s social media content, including the solicitation of authors, reviewing, and proofing content, coordinating posting, and coordinating with other outlets.

Develops and executes email marketing campaigns, including roll-out, tracking, and reporting.

Researches and analyzes competitor strategies.

Maintain industry, market and channel understanding to develop and implement campaigns to advance our business objectives.

Analyze sales, recruiting efforts, identify trends, and use past successes to optimize marketing efforts and pricing strategy.

Ability to identify needed resources and reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals.

Inform and advise leadership and sales teams of changing marketing strategies and promotional materials.

Use independent judgement combined with the identity of the customer to highlight Kimble’s brand and voice with end consumers. Customer-first attitude and ability to adapt your writing voice to various audiences.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

5-10 years of prior sales, marketing, and recruiting experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a cross-team development environment.
-
Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.
