Recycling Center- Day Shift Supervisor – Twinsburg Location
Kimble Companies is growing and in need of a Day Shift Supervisor at our Twinsburg Recycling Center and Transfer Station. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat and enthusiastic individual with previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
This position supervises the daily activities of the Twinsburg Recycling Center and Transfer Station while ensuring the safest operating procedures and excellent work standards are being met.
Responsibilities:
· Assists Plant Manager to facilitate maximum productivity.
· Directs the production team to achieve productivity goals.
· Coaches production team to improve performance on the line and in the transfer station.
· Prepares reviews and evaluates work performed to ensure quality, timeliness, quality control and adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
· Ensures mobile equipment, line and conveyor system are cleaned and in proper working order after every shift.
· Performs and documents minor repairs on equipment or notifies Maintenance for more complex repairs.
Shift Supervisors must be mechanically inclined and have a knowledge of OSHA, and other related state and federal regulations. Individual must be a motivator, have exceptional written and oral communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
· Supervisory - 1-3 years
· Recycling or related industry experience a plus
· Production manufacturing experience a plus
