Large Item Pickup
If you’re looking to dispose of a large, bulk item, Kimble is here to help. We make removal easy by collecting a variety of items including furniture, mattresses and major appliances without Freon (please be aware that any item containing Freon must have the Freon removed and tagged by a certified technician PRIOR to any scheduled pick up). Many of our customers are permitted one bulk item per month without being charged. Bulk pick ups are typically done on the first trash pick up of each month. Although we can't list every single item that we can pick up, this list of acceptable items addresses most of our customer questions.
Please note that bulk pick up requests should be submitted 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick up day. Use the following guidelines to ensure your bulk items meet our pick up requirements:
- Large items should be set out in 4' sections
- Bulk items should weigh no more than 50 pounds
- If an item weighs more than 50 pounds it must be broken down
- Upholstered items need to be wrapped and sealed in plastic
- Bulk items must be placed at the curb on your scheduled pick up day
- Depending on your service level, you may be charged for bulk pick up
