Chondi appreciates the opportunities Kimble has given her for career growth, and now she enjoys mentoring other employees in her department.
As a supervisor in the customer service department, Chondi assists in overseeing the customer service representatives (CSRs).

Chondi joined Kimble as a CSR and was offered the supervisor role by the department manager. "I was really excited to start this new role, which is a great opportunity to grow with the company," she says.
Recognition
One of the things Chondi appreciates - beyond the opportunities for career growth - is the recognition she and coworkers receive for a job well done. "We get recognition every day from our manager, and we hear things from outside the department as well," says Chondi. "That is not always the case at other companies."
Great Customers
This recognition also comes from customers – something that's important to Chondi and the other CSRs, who work to ensure Kimble customers are satisfied. "We receive thank you notes in the mail or posts on social media, and sometimes customers will request to talk to a supervisor to report what a good job our team has done," says Chondi.
Working Together
At Kimble, Chondi says everyone understands the importance of working together.
"The whole company is linked in some way, and what we do impacts other departments. We have to have excellent communication and work together as a team," says Chondi.
"We work together to make sure our customers are taken care of effectively and efficiently." In addition to working hard to ensure Kimble customers are happy, the team enjoys having one another for support and friendship. "One of the things I enjoy most about working for Kimble is the people I work with," says Chondi. "We remain positive and work together to find solutions."
Because of the good work that her team does and the company as a whole, Chondi feels honored to be a part of the growing Kimble Team.
"I'm very proud to say I work for Kimble," says Chondi.
